Join Noreen Shaikh, MD, for this educational program focusing on collaborative care to improve outcomes for patients with retinal disease.
Dr. Shaikh will highlight strategies for identifying patients who may benefit from the latest advances in age-related macular degeneration and diabetic eye disease treatments, as well as how to discuss with patients the potential benefits that longer duration therapies may offer.
Note About Obtaining Credit: You must remain logged in to the synchronous virtual symposium until the end of the program. Attendees who meet the required instructional time established by COPE will receive an email with a link to obtain credit within 48 hours of the program's completion.
The posttest will not be available immediately. It will be accessible once the link has been emailed to you, which will be within 48 hours of the conclusion of the symposium.
To receive credit, you must complete the posttest and evaluation and proceed to the claim credit page. Only attendees are eligible for credit.
