In this MasterClass, Dr. Justin Schweitzer discusses the cataract surgery patient experience. He describes the biggest postoperative complaints that have the most significant impact on patient satisfaction after cataract surgery that the impact of those complaints on the patient experience. He also provides pearls for how to quantify the quality of the patient experience after standard cataract surgery.
