  • Overview

    The Annual Glaucoma Symposium is one of the largest CME meetings dedicated specifically to providing the newest information in glaucoma management and treatment. Now in its 28th year, this symposium brings together an expert group of glaucoma specialists to raise physician awareness to key developments and current issues in glaucoma. Attendees will be updated on recent study findings, glaucoma management algorithms, surgical and laser techniques, and medications. By keeping abreast of the latest study findings, treatments, and technologies, ophthalmologists will be better prepared to provide timely diagnoses and employ optimal treatment strategies for their patients.

  • Learning Objectives

    Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

    • Identify recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma
    • Discuss the future of eyecare to include diagnosis, imaging, and treatment
    • Identify and implement refractive considerations in cataract surgery in glaucoma patients
