Dr. Scott highlights a case referred by a retina specialist due to an intravitreal injection hitting the lens, and a patient with a dense posterior polar cataract. He also demonstrates an endolenticular viscodissection, a technique he developed to efficiently crack a cataract that has been pretreated with a femtosecond laser.
