    In this Master Class, Dr. Marjan Farid discusses options before considering an enhancement after cataract surgery. She highlights the significance of proper alignment of the toric IOL and provides some considerations and techniques during its adjustment or exchange. Dr. Farid also addresses situations where repositioning or exchanging the toric IOL might not be recommended.
