Neurotrophic keratitis is a rare, degenerative corneal disease characterized by decreased or absent corneal sensation, which can lead to epithelial breakdown, impairment of healing, and ultimately to the development of corneal ulceration, melting and perforation.
Drs. Francis Mah (program chair), Marjan Farid and Sumitra Khandelwal, and Elizabeth Yeu, MD provide an engaging presentation on the diagnosis and stages of neurotrophic keratitis, available treatments, and potential anatomic outcomes. This on-demand webinar includes case discussions followed by an audience question-and-answer session from the live event.
Supported by an independent medical education grant from Dompé.
