    In this Master Class, Brandon D. Ayres, MD, discusses highly aberrated corneas and reviews a cataract surgery case. By the end of this class, you will learn how to identify highly aberrated corneas and choose the IOLs that work best for them.

  • Learning Objectives

    Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

    • Describe specific steps and protocols for identifying complex cornea patients, including subjective and objective diagnostics, and how to interpret this information
    • Design an IOL power calculation strategy for complex cornea cases
    • Design treatment plans for the various grades of complex corneas in real-world cases and review conventional and ideal treatment options for these patients
