    Join Drs. Jennifer I. Lim and Christina Y. Weng as they discuss noncompliance and socioeconomic issues of neovascular age-related macular degeneration, current treatments, and how investigative therapies may change the way patients with these conditions are managed in the future. A previously recorded live question-and-answer session follows the presentation.

    Upon completion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

    • Compare the challenges faced in management and treatment of patients in clinical practice and describe their impact on treatment outcomes.
    • Evaluate potential advantages of long-acting delivery options for wet AMD.
    • Interpret how novel pipeline candidates are being developed to address longer treatment intervals.
