    This webinar features David E. Eichenbaum, MD, and Nathan Steinle, MD, as they discuss the differences in clinical trial data versus real-world outcomes when treating patients with retinal disorders, with a focus on age-related macular degeneration. These subject matter experts also share patient case studies and their insight into personalizing treatment regimens.

  • Learning Objectives

    The course learning objectives are as follows:

    Describe the differences in real-world clinical outcomes with those from prospective clinical trials.

    Develop individualized treatment regimens for patients with retinal disorders, with a concentration on those with AMD

    Discuss newer compounds in development or recently approved that are designed to improve visual outcomes while decreasing treatment burde

    Explain the mechanism of action of these newer compounds and how they differ from those currently available.
