    As complement system-based therapies are poised to complete pivotal trials and possibly progress to FDA approval in the near future, clinicians who care for patients with GA must expand their knowledge of GA prevalence, pathogenesis, and the mechanism of action of complement system-based pipeline candidates.

    • Review pipeline candidates under investigation for the treatment of GA
